Light Use Road 3 (LU 31. This road is approximately 3,860 feet long and provides access to the fenced shrub plot. <br />The road meets the criteria for design and construction, grade, drainage, and surfacing for a light use road. <br />Maintenance will be conducted as necessary until final bond release. <br />Landowner request letters are contained in Appendix 20-2.1 of this attachment. The As-built profile and cross- <br />sections for this road will be submitted once the final regrading has been completed and prior to Phase I bond <br />release request. <br />Light Use Road 4 (LU 4). This road is approximately 2,930 feet long and provides access to a portion of otherwise <br />inaccessible lands. The road meets the criteria for design and construction, grade, drainage, and surfacing for a light <br />use road. Maintenance will be conducted as necessary until final bond release. <br />Landowner request letters are contained in Appendix 20-2.1 of this attachment. This road is approximately 6,710 feet long and provides access between existing ranch <br />roads that would otherwise be inaccessible. The As-built profile and cross- <br />sections for this road will be submitted once the final regrading has been completed and prior to Phase I bond <br />release request. <br />Shop and Storage Area <br />Rationale: The existing shop building is proposed as a permanent facility to be used for maintenance and storage of <br />agricultural and maintenance equipment and materials. The storage yard would provide additional parking and <br />storage of materials for the maintenance and upkeep of the Seneca owned property following final reclamation. <br />Justification: The shop facility and outside storage area will provide a year-round facility for on-going maintenance, <br />monitoring and upkeep for the Seneca owned properties during final reclamation. Following reclamation the <br />building will be used for maintenance and storage of agricultural equipment and storage of agricultural supplies. <br />Landowner request letter is contained in Appendix 20-2.1 of this attachment. <br />Documentation: The area is 2.3 acres in size and contains the shop building, storage area and electric transformer. <br />Water Well <br />Rationale: The Shop Well was installed to supply domestic and industrial water for the shop facility and has been <br />permitted by the Division of Water Resources. <br />Justification: This well will be permanently retained to supply water, as necessary, for agricultural maintenance and <br />other land owner uses as identified in the future.
