Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C 1982-056, TR61 Request for Decision Extension to July 31, 2008 <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton: <br />On June 16, 2008, Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted a request via e-mail to extend the <br />proposed decision date for Technical Revision No. 61 (TR61). TCC has responded to a request for <br />additional information from the Colorado Division of Water Resources; State Engineer's Office. <br />Anticipating time necessary for the State Engineer's Office to complete their review, TCC is requesting <br />the proposed decision date for TR61 be extended to July 31, 2008. The Division is in agreement with this <br />request. The proposed decision date for TR61, 6MN Mine Water Storage Reservoir, has been extended to <br />July 31, 2008. <br />Sincerely, <br />Janet H.
