MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-1988-090 <br />INSPECTION DATE: A-1 s-n9 INSPECTOR=S INITIALS: <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This was a follow-up inspection of the Deer Trail Pit; DRMS file# M-1988-090. This site is located <br />approximately 1 mile southwest of the town f Deer Trail, Colorado in Arapahoe County. I, Jared Ebert of the <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. No one from the operation <br />was present during the inspection. <br />There were two remaining problems that needed to be corrected that were identified in the April 24th, 2008 <br />inspection report. At the time of this inspection, it appears that these problems have been corrected. The <br />following is a description of the remaining problems that were identified during the April 24th, 2008 inspection <br />and a description of the corrective actions that have occurred by the time of this inspection. <br />1.) Problem #1: The eastern permit boundary markers are not in place. <br />a. At the time of this inspection it appears that the eastern corner markers were in place and this <br />issue has been corrected. <br />2.) Problem #2: Groundwater had been exposed at the site. <br />a. At the time of this inspection, the groundwater appears to have been covered with earthen <br />material and this issue is no longer a problem. <br />Overall, this site appears to be in compliance with the Rules and Regulations. <br />2
