New <br />Horizon Mine, Permit C-81-008. <br />Dear Ms Talvitie: <br />I have enclose two copies of the first four pages of Section 2.05.4(2)(e) that contains the <br />Title Page plus Table of Contents. The new title page shows the new date stamp for <br />filing/reference purposes. The Table of Contents should not have changed from the one <br />I sent on 05May09 but is being included for convenience sake. I have also included two <br />copies of page 2.05.3(2)(e)-19N that actually changed per Sandy Browns 07May09 <br />Email request to Greg Lewicki and myself. See the highlighted sentence. <br />You have already received the new Map 2.5.4(2)(e)-1 from Greg that should satisfy <br />Adequacy Question #5. The enclosed pages should satisfy all your questions and <br />concerns. As usual, I will be sending hard copies to you at both your Durango and <br />Denver Offices.
