Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the West Elk Mine. The <br />revision was called complete on May 5, 2009. The decision due date is July 4, 2009. <br />The operator proposes to update and revise information in the permit application, in response to the <br />Division's Midterm Permit Review 6. The submittal includes a new table summarizing the Inventory of <br />Structures and Renewable Resources, and an updated table of topsoil stockpiles. The reclamation cost <br />estimate for the mine will also be updated in this Technical Revision.
