Figures 25 and 26 of the HG analysis depict the Initial Underdrain Location in plan and cross <br />section. It is not clear from these diagrams (refer also to item 12, above) what portions of HG <br />Fill will be constructed using the dragline, and what portions using trucks. <br />Please modify Figures 25 and 26 to illustrate the anticipated construction sequence for the <br />Horse Gulch Fill. <br />This letter addresses all adequacy concerns based on information submitted for PR-6 to date. Further <br />information and responses submitted may reference this letter in terms of the adequacy comments in <br />need of review.
