Mining Contours, pages 3-40, 3-40a and 3-40b, include a description of Horse Gulch fill and the K Pit Buttress Fill. Text has been updated and moved from Appendix T to Section 3.5.3. Divisions Response: On the revised page 3-39a, in paragraph 4 of the March 31, 2009 Trapper response it is stated that "the proposed topography closely resembles the general surface configuration of the land prior to mining, and blends in and complements the drainage pattern of the surrounding terrain. The variance of post mining elevations and pre-mining elevations are consistent with Trapper's prior, and successful, reclamation efforts." Please provide brief descriptions in the text that describe the locations in which the variance in elevations as been practiced and has been successful at Trapper Mine.
