Sherman
Executive Director
Ronald W. Cattany
Division Director
Natural Resource Trustee
Coors Energy Company submitted the 2005 Annual Reclamation Report (ARR) for the Keenesburg Mine,
C1981-028, on February 27, 2006. The Division has reviewed the report and finds the report in compliance
with Rule 2.04.13. The ARR included vegetation monitoring on several reclamation parcels. Acreage
reported on the DRMS (DMG) ARR report form are estimated and do not add to specified totals. Subsequent
Annual Reports CEC has better defined these totals. Therefore, no changes are requested for the 2005 report.
CEC consistently provides an in depth, informative annual report. Please find a summary of the Division's
review attached to this letter. Thank you for your timely submittal of the annual report.
Sincerely,
ttal Protection Specialist II
567 ext. 8107
Attachments (1)
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver 9 Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
