The <br />status of the corrective action in regard to this problem is as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 2: Failure to provide the Division with a current copy of a discharge <br />permit for the NCCI Pit #1. <br />This problem is considered resolved as a result of the Operator's submittal of an updated copy of <br />the discharge permit issued from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. <br />If you have any other questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3567 x8116. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
