The location of the new discharge point is to Little Dry Creek and the associated discharge flow rate will be an average of <br />6.2 MGD. <br />The permittee also requested that the project activity location be corrected from Weld County Road 29 to Weld County Road 25. <br />the certification has been amended to include these revisions. This is the applicable certification to discharge. <br />Project Name, Activity and Location <br />NCQI Pit #1- Product wash water and ground water from pit dewatering associated with construction sand and gravel mining is <br />discllwged from this site. This segment is found in the Classifications and Numeric Standards for the South Platte River Basin (Regulation No. 38; last <br />update effective March 1, 2008). Segment 3a is designated as Use Protected and is classified for the following beneficial uses: <br />Aquatic Life, Class 2 (Warr.); Recreation, Class la; and Agriculture.
