Concern (ACEC) The Proposed Action would not cause disproportionately high or Environmental Justice adverse human health or environmental effects on minority populations or low-income populations. Prime or Unique Farmlands There are no prime or unique farmlands in the project area. Floodplains There are no perennial watercourses or floodplains in or near the project analysis area on BLM lands. No known Native American Sacred sites or Traditional Cultural Native American Religious properties occur in the vicinity of the project area. Potentially Concerns present resources will be protected, refer to Section 2.3.2 Cultural Resources. Wetlands/Riparian Zones There are no wetlands or riparian areas located in or near the project analysis area. Wild and Scenic Rivers There are no wild or scenic rivers in or near the project analysis area.
