The proposed operation does not anticipate exposing groundwater. <br />Exposure of groundwater must not occur during or after mining. <br />0 <br />2. Water for dust control, processing, and other use will continue to be obtained from off-site <br />from a source already permitted for commercial and/or industrial water use. See also <br />Exhibit G for 111 Permit M-2008-048. <br />3. Except for three wells on BLM land and apparently belonging to or under the control of the <br />BLM, there are no additional recorded water wells located within 660 feet of areas <br />proposed to be disturbed; these three wells are located within the area identified by BLM as <br />"mineral emphasis" and impacts are or will be addressed in the BLM environmental <br />assessment before those wells are disturbed or destroyed.
