This <br />should not be construed as agreement to pay any other damages, including <br />special or consequential damages, nor should it be construed as a waiver of any of <br />the immunities which might otherwise be available to Logan County pursuant to <br />the provisions of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. sec. 24-10-101 <br />et seq.
