Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. The <br />revision was called complete on May 5, 2009. The decision due date is July 4, 2009. <br />In Technical Revision No. 63, Bowie Resources LLC is requesting a reclamation liability bond reduction <br />of approximately $3,100 for a permitted road segment that will not be constructed.
