Cattany <br />Rangely, CO 81648 Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Deserado Mine, Permit C-81-018 <br />First Quarter 2009 Discharge Monitoring Report Review <br />Dear Mr. Wanstedt, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The First Quarter Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 27 April 2009. The reports cover the time period <br />from 01 January 2009 through 31 March 2009. <br />One NPDES outfall at the Deserado Mine discharged during the First Quarter of 2009. The raw water <br />lagoon (045A) discharged routinely throughout the quarter.
