The First Quarter Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 27 April 2009. The reports cover the time period <br />from 01 January 2009 through 31 March 2009. <br />One NPDES outfall at the Deserado Mine discharged during the First Quarter of 2009. The raw water <br />lagoon (045A) discharged routinely throughout the quarter.
