(NSI) is submitting this response to your April 16, 2009 letter.
The access road disturbance was not included in the overall surface disturbance. The surveyor
has calculated the area that would be disturbed by the access road to 12H-C to be approximately
0.16 acres. That is assuming a 15' wide travel surface and another 20' for embankment slopes and
ditches. The road will access the pad from County Road 31 along the northerly line since the pad
will be at existing ground at that point.
You may contact me at 702-927-3795 or cindibyMs@,msn.com, should you have any questions,
comments or require additional information.
Sincerely,
b ra?
Cindi Byrns
Natural Soda, Inc. • 3200 RBC Road 31 • Rifle, Colorado 81650 • Ph 970-878-3674 • Fx 970-878-5866 • www.naturalsoda.com
