We have also received a copy of the letter to you <br />dated April 21, 2009 from Robert Postle, Chief, Field Operations Branch, Office of <br />Surface Mining explaining that no additional NEPA analysis is required. <br />This letter is being sent as an acknowledgement that BLM has no concerns with the 2009 <br />MCC Dry Fork Exploration Plan, providing that all exploration data is submitted to BLM <br />and post-activity reclamation is achieved.
