A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD <br />the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase =0 be in the A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif idea on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the deiiuult viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or `Taiat" and they do not work with QuickVicw., The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DRMS has determined that s program called "IrfanVice, which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "h*nView", it needs to be conflg:ired as your default tif viewer. DRMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration an the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Instructions: <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun. program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView Program <br />Instmetions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.nd1 n e.state.co.us. <br />The Permit FRe document Images can be vkwed In the reeeptlon area of the DRMS offte or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. <br />The CD/DVD purchase coat coven the time and labor of maldiag the CD.
