This revision removes the existing mine air <br />heater building at Shaft 41 and adds a new mine ventilation fan, new mine air heater buildings, fan motor <br />building, fan lubrication unit building, fan motor control center building, a transformer pad, and a mine nitrogen <br />supply building and associated piping to the existing Sylvester Gulch Shaft #I and Shaft #2 facilities. These <br />new structures will be located entirely on the existing Sylvester Gulch Ventilation Shafts bench with no <br />changes needed to surface drainage plans nor new construction on previously undisturbed ground. <br />Attached are the revision form, general project description and drawing, revised permit pages 2.05-1; and 21, <br />and revised Map 53B. A table of proposed building dimensions, concrete volumes and pipeline lengths is also <br />included in the general -project description. The as-built data will be updated and incorporated into Exhibit 68, <br />"Major Buildings and Structures As-Built Summary" upon completion of the project. <br />MCC would appreciate the Division's assistance in providing reclamation estimates and associated bond <br />readjustment calculations for this project.
