Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />As required by Rule 2.08.3, the Division conducted a midterm review of the Keenesburg Mine permit, <br />C1981-028. Please find the enclosed copy of the Division's review. The permit was found to be generally <br />in compliance with the Act and the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal <br />Mining. Several items were identified that may require updates to the permit. The Division conducted a <br />review of costs required for reclamation activities at the mine.
