Land <br />Reclamation Board under the <br />provisions of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Act for the <br />extraction of Construction <br />Materials. The site, known as <br />Bromley Lake Pit, is located <br />approximately two miles <br />southwest of Brighton Colorado in <br />portions of Sections 12, 13, 14 <br />and 24, Township 1 South, Range <br />67 West of the 6th Principal <br />Meridian in Adams County <br />_ Colorado -The-proposed- permit- <br />amendment 1) incorporates <br />contiguous Permit M-1985-017 <br />into the existing permit; 2) <br />changes the end land use for parts <br />of the properties from wildlife <br />habitat to developed water <br />resource for the City of Brighton; <br />and 3) adds 77 acres of new <br />affected land that will be reclaimed <br />as both developed water <br />resources and reclaimed cropland. <br />Additional information and a <br />tentative decision date may be <br />obtained from the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining & Safety <br />(DRMS) at 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Room 215, Denver, CO 80203, <br />phone (303) 866-3567. <br />Information is also available from <br />the applicant's represntative, Mr. <br />Bill Timmons at (303) 659-0630.
