The
revision was called complete on April 30, 2009. The decision due date is May 10, 2009.
In Minor Revision No. 100, Bowie Resources, LLC is proposing to drill one GOB vent borehole on an
existing drill pad that is accessed by an existing road. The drillhole will be reclaimed after it is no longer
needed. The GOB vent borehole is needed due to methane buildup in the mine.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
oJash
Environmental Protection Specialist
JJD/Ahd
rnAoss\ahd\temp\c-ci-01 _c 1996083jd_04302009124356.doc
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
