Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: National King Coal LLC, permit C-81-035 <br />Surface Subsidence Inspections, 3rd and 4th Quarters 2008 <br />Dear Mr. Bird: <br />The Division has reviewed the above-referenced report and finds it satisfies the <br />requirement to submit an subsidence report for the noted time periods. <br />Section 2.05.6 of the permit application requires National King Coal, LLC to monitor <br />surface subsidence features above abandoned portions of the mine.
