Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Red National King Coal LLC, permit C-R1-035 <br />2008 Annual Hydrology Report <br />Dear Mr. Bird: <br />The Division has reviewed the above-referenced report and finds it satisfies the <br />requirement to submit an annual hydrology report for 2008. <br />The report explains that you have not had access to the downdip Point Lookout <br />Sandstone monitoring well (the Haugen well), since the landowner moved away in <br />2007. Please update us on this situation. We need to discuss the need for this well or <br />another downdip bedrock well in the monitoring plan.
