Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety yesterday received a letter from the <br />Morgan family (attached), withdrawing their request for a hearing before the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board regarding the Division's proposed approval of TR-57.
