The
Division does not have any adequacy review concerns. However, the Division has calculated the reclamation
cost estimate for TR-60.
Attached is the reclamation cost estimate for TR-60 (bond reduction for the Hubbard Creek vent shaft).
The estimate is two tasks (a summary sheet and Task 281) and represents a decrease in liability of
$40,342.00. This decrease represents the credit for only drilling one of the two permitted 10.5 foot
diameter vent shafts at the Hubbard Creek location.
Please inform the Division in writing whether or not BRL approves of the Division's reclamation cost
estimate.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
-ba6-1k.
J sep J.
