At this time the Division cannot
begin the technical review of the revision request since there was no technical revision fee enclosed with the
request. Please be reminded that payment of a revision fee in the amount of $216 is required for the revision to be
considered "filed" with the Division.
I must await the submittal of the required fee before I may review the revision request. However, if the fee is not
submitted within 60 days of the date of this letter, I will deny the revision request. I must also remind you that
without revising the reclamation plan, the pond banks must be relaimed according to the reclamation plan as it
currently exists.
The fee may be mailed to me at the Division's Durango field office: 691 CR 233, Room A-2, Durango, CO 81301.
Sincerely,
Bob Oswald
Environmental Protection Specialist
Cc: Steve Shuey, DRMS Grand Junction
(c:\09-04 docs\n fm rd tr3 fee/rco)
coV E-D
COLORADO
D I V I S ION OF
RECLAMATION
MINING
SAFETY
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver-* Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
