Cattany <br />Moores Mining, LLC Division Director <br />32906 Highway 141 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Gateway, CO 81522 ,? <br />Re: Moores Pit, Permit No. M-1980-178', A`p? roval of 110, Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Technical Revision Application, TR-01 v <br />Dear Mr. Moores: <br />On April 20, 2009 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on February 24, 2009, addressing the folllowing: <br />• Revise the mining and reclamation plans to incorporate the increase in working face height from 15 feet to <br />40 feet. <br />• Revise the mine plan include the use of a hydraulic excavator to conduct mining. <br />• Mine the remaining north slope and I/2 acre of remaining un-mined area at the southeast corner of the mine <br />to slopes no steeper than 3H:1 V. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1980-178. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M -1980-178 remain in full force and effect. <br />The current bond amount of $19,969.00 appears to be adequate at this time.
