WALSENBURG SAND AND GRAVEL, CO <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION <br />APRIL 21, 2009 <br />Public Notice <br />WSG-HRIBAR PIT <br />PERMIT # m-2009-027 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Walsenburg Sand and Gravel, Co, P.O. Drawer 352, Walsenburg, CO 81089, has filed <br />an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act for extraction of Construction materials. The proposed mine is known as the <br />WSG-Hribar Pit, and is located in or near the SWI/.NWI/. of Section 35, T-26-S, R-67-W of the <br />6th P.M., Huerfano County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement is May 2009 and the proposed dale of comple- <br />tion is 2019. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland. <br />Additional information and a tentative decision date may be'obtained at the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining & Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Rm 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) <br />866-3567, or at the office of the Huerfano County Clerk and Recorder, 401 Main St, Suite 204, <br />Walsenburg, Colorado 81089. <br />Written comments to the application must be received at the office of the Mined Land. <br />Reclamation Division no later than 4:00 p.m. on the 20th day of April, 2009. <br />Please note that comments related to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, <br />effects on property values and other social or economic concerns are issues not subject to this <br />Office's Jurisdiction.'
