The approval <br />was based on the Division's determination that the application satisfied the minimum <br />requirements of the Construction Materials Act and Rules. <br />Pursuant to Rule 4.2.1, the Division has accepted your reclamation cost estimation totaling <br />$18,200. Please provide an appropriately executed Performance Warranty and Financial <br />Warranty in the amount of $18,200. Please direct any questions regarding the execution of <br />warranty forms to Elizabeth Taliaferro at the Division's office in Denver, phone (303) 866-3567, <br />extension 8148. <br />Please note that although the Division has approved the permit application a permit will not be <br />issued until the Division receives the appropriately executed warranty forms and approves the <br />warranties.
