MANAGEMENT <br />RECEIVED <br />APR 2 7 2009 <br />Division ofa d Safety n, <br />Mining <br />The subject technical revision request was originally submitted to the DRMS by letter <br />dated April 13, 2009 as a minor revision. The DRMS has decided to upgrade this <br />permit action to a technical revision. <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), enclosed is an application for a technical <br />revision to provide for the installation of a ventilation fan over the Hubbard Creek shaft. <br />The ventilation fan is 10 feet in diameter and has extensive duct work as shown on Map <br />39. A small motor control center (MCC) building will also be constructed on site. The <br />MCC building will house a dry electrical transformer and motor controls. Electric power <br />for the fan will come from the underground system. <br />All work contemplated by this revision will be performed on the existing Hubbard Creek <br />shaft site. There will be no additional disturbance. <br />Amended Map 39, pages 2.05-10 & 12 and the $15,347 reclamation bond estimate <br />were included with the April 13, 2009 submittal. <br />Sincerely, <br />A J.
