Cattany <br />Foidel Creek Mine Division Director <br />29515 Routt County Road No. 27 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Oak Creek, CO 80467 <br />RE: Fourth Quarter 2008 Discharge Monitoring Reports, CO-0042161 <br />Dear Mr. Watterson: <br />The Division received Twentymile Coal Company's (TCC) NPDES Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR), <br />for Fourth Quarter 2008, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO- <br />0042161 on April 21, 2009. Outfall 001A/001W (Site 115-Fish Creek Borehole) did not discharge during <br />Fourth Quarter 2008. Outfall 002A (Sites 3001 and 300E) discharged during each week of the quarter. <br />TCC reported that Outfall 002A had one excursion for Total Suspended Solids (TSS) during November <br />2008. October 2008 and December 2008 TSS sample results for outfall 002A were within acceptable <br />parameters. <br />The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
