• 13.2 Maps <br />The locations for storage and use of designated chemicals are contained on Drawing C74 <br />in Exhibit C of this document. Areas for storage and use of designated chemicals are <br />within the ADR/Carlton area including the ESP and the VLF including the Phase 5 <br />extension. <br />13.3 Environmental Protection Measures Required By Other Agencies <br />CC&V will obtain other State and Local permits as needed to operate the MLE and as <br />discussed in the following section. Each of these permits will have specific <br />environmental protection measures for their regulatory jurisdiction. The project facilities <br />at the Cresson Project, including those associated with the MLE, have been designed to <br />allow for overall protection under all of the permits that are in effect or will be required. <br />13.4 Other Permits and Licenses <br />Other permits and licenses that may include environmental protection measures relative <br />to the designated chemicals are listed in Exhibit M of Volume I of this document and <br />repeated below.
