The original Joint Venture Agreement was dated January 30, 1976. This agreement was superseded by the Joint Venture Agreement dated August 28, 1980. Amendments to this document were executed effective December 2, 1982, April 23, 1985, May 8, 1986, and January 1, 1987. None of these Joint Venture Agreements are recorded. Title to the properties covered by the Joint Venture was formally conveyed into the Joint Venture by the conveyances listed below. A. Legal Right to Enter Fee Property Documents that place the title to property within the Cripple Creek Mining District in the name of Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company, and thereby gives the Joint Venture the legal right to enter the property within the permit boundary, are as follows: 1.
