0 PROPOSED NEWSPAPER NOTICE <br />Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company, 100 North Third Street (P.O. Box 191) <br />Victor, CO 80860 (719-689-4022), has filed an application for an amendment to their <br />Regular (112d) Designated Mining Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The <br />proposed amendment is known as the Mine Life Extension to the Cresson Mine, and is <br />located in the Cripple Creek Mining District, predominately in Township 15 South, <br />Range 69 West, 6th Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed amendment will commencement as soon as all necessary permits are <br />obtained, and the proposed date of completion of all associated reclamation is 2032. The <br />Proposed future use of the land is livestock grazing and wildlife habitat.
