Bird, David
From:
Sent:
To:
Subject:
To: David Bird
cta3003@aol.com ?
Thursday, April 23, 2009 2:54 PM
Bird, Davi
Chris Acklam in Henderson

From: Chris Acklam ,/
10280 E. 120th Ave.
Henderson, CO 80640
Concerning the water level at this residence, I am having the same problems as my neighbors, my leech
field is backing up and my crawl space is flooded. I am also very concerned about the large culvert going
underneath 120th Parkway which is at the southeast of my property. You and my son looked at it together with
another gentleman. Also I am aware that the Lafarge pit at approximately 115th and Hwy 85, is to be filled
which may contribute to the problem, mainly the overflow bridge on the northeast end of the lake.
Thank you,
Chris Acklam
Big savings on Dell XPS Laptops and Desktops!
