MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated March 24, 2009 transmitted its adequacy response for the referenced <br />minor revision. On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, enclosed is an amended fourth quarter <br />2008 North Fork Seismic Network Monitoring Report. Page 5 of the report explains why the <br />PGA information was missing. The missing PGAs were hand picked from the three closest <br />stations to obtain the largest value in Table 3 with the exception of two events on 3 and 7 <br />October 2008.
