In the meantime <br />consideration of the release of undisturbed, bonded land will be considered. Once that is settled then the TR can <br />proceed with new bond calculations for all affected land in the permit. That affected land will include whatever is left <br />in the current operation plus the 300 acres in the amendment area as described in the TR. It is important to move <br />forward with this revision so the company can move into the amendment area and begin extraction there as there is <br />little sand left in the current, older permitted area. <br />Thank you. <br />Sincerely, <br />Mark A.
