GRAND JUNG DION OF cu) OFFICE <br />RECLAMATION MINING & SAFETY <br />Travis Marshall, <br />In response to your letter dated March 18, 2009, you listed two items lacking <br />for review on the technical revision; one being a map clearly showing the northern <br />boundary and the second being backfill requirements. We have hired a surveyor to <br />come back and map the area on the northern boundary that has been mined and the <br />ground ready to be mined. <br />Most of the north wall has been backfilled and graded except approximately <br />the last 100 feet, which is partially backfilled. This area will need approximately <br />another two thousand yards to complete and possibly a little more to dress up the <br />slope depending upon the completion of the map. There still remains at least 2000 <br />yards of top and backfill material located on the area just west of the area that is <br />being backfilled. There remains approximately 6000 yards of product and backfill <br />on the southeast side of the pit, one half hopefully can be recovered and the <br />remaining 3000 yards could be used for backfill. There remains approximately <br />6000 to 10,000 yards of material that is in the original lower berm area on the south <br />end of the pit that is only good for backfilling or grading in an area that requires it. <br />A two to four foot safety berm was pushed up against the northern boundary <br />on the area that is ready to mine or has been mined which should help to display the <br />boundary line where any disturbance has occurred. <br />Hopefully this information will fulfill your requested information. <br />Sincerely, <br />X4*0?1- /111 <br />Leon Moores <br />MOORES MINING, LLC ?
