This requested modification is in <br />response to geologic information obtained onsite that requires changes to the drill pad layouts. The <br />proposed action is within the scope of CO-110-06-118-EA, "EGL Resources, Inc. Oil Shale Research, <br />Development And Demonstration (R,D&D) Tract" Environmental Assessment, and the lease terms of <br />COC-69169. This modification is therefore approved. <br />All geologic information obtained from the drill holes shall be submitted to this office. <br />This action corresponds to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (CDRMS) MD- <br />01, Notice of Intent (NOI) P-2008-046. <br />Bonding for exploration activities on the oil shale RD&D lease tracts is calculated and held by CDRMS <br />in coordination with the Bureau of land Management. Current bond is sufficient since the amount of <br />disturbance remains within the total acreage of disturbance of the-original NOL- - <br />Notify Paul Daggett, Mining Engineer at (970) 878-3819 a minimum of 24 hours in advance of any <br />surface disturbing or drilling activities.
