Cattany
Boulder, CO 80308 / Division Director
V Natural Resource Trustee
RE: Technical Revision Denial, Cash and Who Do Mines, Revision TR-06, Permit No. M-1983-141 `--
Dear Mr. Heard:
The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) provided Mount Royale Ventures (MRV) a list of
issues to be addressed relative the above referenced technical revision application (TR-06) in a letter dated
April 6, 2009. That letter notified MRV that TR-06 would be denied on April 16, 2009 if the listed issues
were not addressed to the satisfaction of DRMS or absent a written request for extension of the date for
consideration. On April 16, 2009, after 4:00 p.m., a written request for extension of TR-06 was hand
delivered to DRMS; the written request is not signed. Because the written request for extension is not
signed, the DRMS has determined that TR-06 must be denied, and hereby denies TR-06. If a signed version
of the request for extension is provided in the near term, the DRMS will consult with the Colorado Attorney
General's Office as to whether TR-06 can be resurrected; the forgoing commitment in no way alters the
DRMS determination that TR-06 as of April 16, 2009 has been denied.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely, _
Allen C.
