Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On April 13, 2009, the Division approved the application for Amendment No. 1 (AM-01) for the <br />Mott Gravel Pit. The approval was based upon the Division's determination that the application <br />satisfied the minimum requirements of the Construction Materials Act and Rules. <br />Pursuant to Rule 4.2.1, the Division has accepted the cost of reclamation provided by the <br />Applicant totaling $8,452. Please provide an appropriately executed Financial Warranty in the <br />amount of $8,452. Please direct any questions regarding the execution of warranty forms to <br />Elizabeth Taliaferro at the Division's office in Denver, phone (303) 866-3567, extension 8148. <br />Please note that although the Division has approved the amendment application the permit will <br />not be issued until the Division receives the appropriately executed warranty forms and approves <br />the warranties.
