The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. F' S PB or PV: _PR <br />TOPIC(S): SM <br />The Operator shall reestablish the permit boundary through a survey or other means so that it <br />reflects the approved permit acreage. The Operator shall also provide the Division with a <br />legal description of the site as well as map that clearly shows the permit boundary. The map <br />and legal description must be submitted to the Division on or before April 24, 2009. <br />2. The mining operation is within 200 feet of a power transmission line. <br /> <br />The Operator shall provide the Division with a notarized damage waiver agreement with the <br />utility or a notarized letter from the utility stating that the mining operation will not have a <br />negative impact on the power transmission line.
