Canany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received an additional <br />six (6) formal objection/comment letters from interested public parties regarding the TR- <br />55 application submitted by Western Fuels - Colorado. Please note that four of these <br />letters also formally protests to the application for renewal of WFC's existing permit <br />(RN5) as well as to the TR-55 application. One of the letters previously sent to you in <br />our letter dated January 4, 2008 also mentioned an objection to the permit renewal <br />(please refer to the letter dated December 26, 2007 from Frank Morgan). <br />Enclosed please find the six public comment letters received by the Division on January <br />10, 2008.
