Attached <br />is a copy of the pertinent sections of the revision submittal. The revision was called complete on April <br />17, 2009. The decision due date is June 16, 2009. <br />The mine operator proposes to add aeration equipment to the mine's existing mine dewatering pond and <br />construct a secondary settling pond on land previously approved for disturbance.
