MANAGEMENT <br />RECEIVED <br />APR 16 2000 <br />aVISIO('t ? tlEllt e <br />MiKIng <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), enclosed is an application for a minor <br />revision to provide for the installation of a ventilation fan over the Hubbard Creek shaft. <br />The ventilation fan is 10 feet in diameter and has extensive duct work as shown on Map <br />39. A small motor control center (MCC) building will also be constructed on site. The <br />MCC building will house a dry electrical transformer and motor controls. Electric power <br />for the fan will come from the underground system. <br />All work contemplated by this revision will be performed on the existing Hubbard Creek <br />shaft site. There will be no additional disturbance. <br />Amended Map 39, page 2.05-10 & 12 and a $15,347reclamation bond estimate are <br />enclosed. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
