`PUBLIC NOTICE
Trapper Mining Inc. intends to modify
its permit, ,(CDMG Permit No.
C-81-010, approved 12/31/2007). The
annual report, updates and revises por-
tions of the mining and reclamation
permit. This information is being pro-
posed as Technical Revision TR-104.
All reviews and comment periods as
provided in the Act and Regulations
promulgated thereunder initiate from
this date of,filing. Trapper Mine is lo-
cated 61/2 miles south of Craig, Colo-
rado. The specific area to which this,
proposed technical revision applies is;
