Russell Means, Environmental Protection Specialist Mr i'er GeA <br />RE: Nuvemco LLC, Last Chance 43 & #4, Permit No. M-2008-012 <br />Please be advised that on April 15, 2009, Nuvemco LLC, whose address and telephone number are 10771 3200 Road, <br />Hotchkiss, CO 81419; (970) 872-3247, filed an application to convert M-2008-012, Last Chance #3 & #4, a 110(2) <br />Limited Impact Reclamation application to a 112 d(1)Designated Mining Operation Hard Rock/Metal Mining <br />Reclamation application. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 12, Township 46 N, Range <br />18W, 10th, in Montrose County. The application decision is scheduled for September 15, 2009. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Montrose County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper publication date.
