Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please be advised that on April 15, 2009, Nuvemco LLC, whose address and telephone number are 10771 3200 Road, <br />Hotchkiss, CO 81419; (970) 872-3247, filed an application to convert M-2008-012, Last Chance #3 & #4, a 110(2) <br />Limited Impact Reclamation Permit to a 112d(l) Designated Mining Operation Hard Rock/Metal Mining Reclamation <br />Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 12, Township 46 N, Range 18W, 10th, in <br />Montrose County. The application decision is scheduled for September 15, 2009. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Montrose County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper publication date.
