Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. The <br />revision was called complete on April 16, 2009. The decision due date is June 15, 2009. <br />In Technical Revision No. 60, Bowie Resources, LLC is requesting that the reclamation bond be reduced <br />by about $34,600.00 since one of the two vents shafts at the Hubbard Creek vent shaft site will not be <br />constructed.
